Your Challenge

  • General office organisation and administration
  • Onoing support with bookkeeping, e.g. entry of incoming invoices
  • Reconciliation work in cost accounting and support with monthly reporting
  • Support with travel expense accounting
  • Correspondence with customers and suppliers (in writing and by telephone)
  • Enthusiasm for a varied range of tasks
  • Independent, precise and structured way of working

Your Skills

  • Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW)
  • Accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • BMD knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Communication skills, organisational talent and quick comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in a team

Location: 8074 Raaba-Grambach, Austria 

Type of employment: Full-time (38,5 h)

 

 

Salary: At least € 2.784,89 gross. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
