P&P Industries AG offers two types of carbon catalysts reactors:

  • Low Temperature Carbon Catalyst (LTCC): Wet and at lower temperature especially for low concentration of SO2
  • Carbon Catalyst Adsorber (CCA): Dry and at higher temperatures depending on the trace pollutants (e.g. mercury or cadmium)

Low Temperature Carbon Catalyst:

  • Volumestream: flexible
  • Temperature: max. 80°C
  • Separation rates: max. 1 Vol. % SO2 (<50 mg/Nm3) / costum on demand
     

Carbon Catalyst Adsorber:

  • Volumestream: flexible
  • Temperature: max. 200°C peak / continuous operation max: 180°C
  • Separation rates: up to 99% per bed (Hg<0,05 mg/Nm3) / customized on request
